Shipping & Returns

  • Orders can take 2-3 business days to process before shipping. As soon as your package has left our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation by email. 

  • We charge a flat rate of £5 for domestic orders, £12 for europe, & £20 for international orders.

  • Yes, we ship free shipping on domestic orders over £130.

    We currently do not offer free shipping on international orders.

  • For domestic orders, we use Royal Mail, & DPD.

    For international orders, we use DPD, DHL, & UPS.

  • Yes, we ship our products all over the globe.

    Please note that shipping rates could vary depending on your region.

  • Duties & Taxes are not included.

    When importing items to outside of the UK, this will normally trigger a customs inspection. We always provide the correct paperwork with your order.

    Customs may or may not charge an import duty. This is outside of our control.

    We cannot be held responsible for how long it takes your order to pass through customs.

    Please note that you will always be responsible for paying any import charges.

  • If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we offer refunds within 14 days of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase has been delivered, unfortunately, we are unable to offer you a refund.

    Register the item(s) you wish to return using our online portal.

    Go to our Returns Portal to start your return. You can easily process a return through our dedicated returns portal.

    They must arrive back to us no later than 14 days from the delivery date with it's original packaging.

Miscellaneous

  • We work hard to ensure your order is processed quickly. We do this to make sure you get your order in the quickest time possible. Once you have placed your order we are unable to amend or cancel.

    We do offer returns. The item(s) need to be registered on our returns portal within 14 days.

    Please keep your proof of postage safe until your return is confirmed via email.

  • If you would like to exchange your item for an entirely different product or size, you must return your original item and place a new order.

  • We try to update on restocks as much as we can through our social channels. The best way to be informed is to sign up to stock notifications on the product page. You will then receive an email once the product is restocked.
